Group Strength (Lifting heavy shit!)

  • The benefit of ME (your coach), while strength training with a fun, sarcastic, and often crass, community!

    What does a session look like? We warm-up with mobility work and posture work to get moving well, and dynamic movements to build elasticity and power.

    We have two blocks of strength work, the first block focusing on larger, intense movements and the second block focusing on higher volume, muscle-building.

    Our third block is often a heart rate spiker so everyone can finish together!

    What this is: Smart training that will build your cardiovascular system and target specific energy systems. Want to become bombproof? You need proper conditioning!

    What this isn’t: Bootcamp. If your expectation is to struggle and die, feel soreness after every session, you are in the wrong place.
